Yes, once your virtual expert completes a free assessment of your issue or project, they’ll understand what’s involved and price it accordingly.
Next, you decide if you want to proceed with the project, and we can even finish it up in that very same Remote Assist session. It’s that simple!
We won’t ask you to pay a dime before you’ve decided to move forward with the project and we’ve finished the session. At that point, we’ll email you an invoice for the price we quoted you at the beginning.
Your tech will take as much time as they need to investigate, and then they’ll apply their deep expertise to resolve your issue. But sometimes the job is just too much to handle in a virtual session. If we take a look and quickly discover you need an in-home visit, your tech can dismiss the charge for the session.
If we can’t get through the task on the call without a specific part or tool, your tech will let you know exactly what you’ll need before you move ahead. Then, you can call back after you’ve got those things to start a new session — we can pick up where we left off!
